These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SecondGuessBot mobile app and website (together, the "Service"), operated by KT Applications and Entertainment ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
SecondGuessBot is an informational and educational tool that lets you research questions about prediction markets like Kalshi and Polymarket, and test hypothetical strategies using simulated ("paper") money.
SecondGuessBot is not a broker, exchange, or financial advisor. Nothing in the Service is financial, investment, or betting advice. We don't execute real trades, hold real funds, or have access to your Kalshi, Polymarket, or any other trading account. Any resemblance between a paper bot's performance and what would happen with real money is not guaranteed — markets change, and past patterns are not predictions.
You must be at least 18 years old to use SecondGuessBot.
You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it. Let us know right away if you believe your account has been compromised.
SecondGuessBot offers optional paid subscriptions (Plus, Pro) and one-time purchases (additional paper bot slots, additional questions), billed and processed through Google Play. Subscriptions automatically renew until canceled; you can manage or cancel your subscription anytime through Google Play. Refunds are handled according to Google Play's refund policies, not directly by us.
Don't use the Service to violate any law, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or interfere with other users' use of the Service.
The Service, including all backtests, verdicts, and statistics, is provided "as is." We work to keep the information accurate and clearly sourced, but we make no guarantee that any verdict, backtest, or statistic is complete, current, or error-free, and nothing in the Service should be treated as a guarantee of any outcome.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KT Applications and Entertainment is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any financial decisions you make based on information from the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
